1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tz77 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the tz77 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These Terms apply to all users of tz77, including registered players and visitors who browse the platform without registering.

tz77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the tz77 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a tz77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the tz77 platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by tz77 or by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of tz77, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

tz77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) tz77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tz77 may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering a tz77 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your tz77 login credentials — including your password and any one-time PINs — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify tz77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

tz77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your tz77 account.

tz77 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the tz77 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). tz77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. tz77 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and verification status.

tz77 reserves the right to:

• Delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Reverse deposits that are found to have been made using fraudulent payment instruments.
• Apply transaction limits as required by applicable regulations or internal risk management policies.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. tz77 does not charge deposit fees, but withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method selected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tz77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your tz77 account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the bonus offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• tz77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tz77 platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, crash games, and video poker — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

tz77 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios. All game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and available upon request.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, tz77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. tz77 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tz77 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with tz77 games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the tz77 platform.
• Using the tz77 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with tz77 software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tz77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tz77 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of tz77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tz77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any tz77 content without prior written consent from tz77. Unauthorized use of tz77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tz77 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

tz77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tz77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the tz77 platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

tz77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within the tz77 account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PHP.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks — Receive periodic reminders of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the tz77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

tz77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. tz77 will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension where such suspension is made in good faith.

12. Amendments to These Terms

tz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tz77 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the tz77 platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the tz77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. tz77 operates within the Philippine gaming regulatory framework under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tz77 platform, you agree to first contact tz77 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
